- High School diploma or higher education preferred, and Technical Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Ability to lead and work with continuous improvement team.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, and appropriate supplies are inventoried and ordered as necessary.
- Ability to use basic hand tools including saws, drills, and other common tools.
- Assist other areas of facility maintenance when necessary.
- Work within a team environment to achieve the current goal for facility maintenance.
- Ability to use computer systems to use work order systems.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Good communication skills
- Trouble shoot and repair all manufacturing equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Works collaboratively with all employees to solve problems and to ensure a quality products is produced.
- Perform preventive maintenance work when accessible.
- Operate a fork truck and other material handling equipment.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining workshop as well as any area that maintenance has been performed.
- Responsible for company’s tools and equipment that are provided.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear.
- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position involves sitting, walking, and lifting throughout the day.
- Capable of lifting 15 to 50 lbs.
