Openwork is Hiring a Benefits Counselor (FT) Near Austin, TX

Openwork is assisting our downtown Austin clients in their search for Benefit Counselors! This Monday through Friday 8 to 5 hybrid role is stable, provides growth, and has an excellent ongoing training program. During your day, you'll talk, email, and text a diverse group of employees, both past and present, educate, explain, and direct them toward resources while documenting information in a proprietary database.
Candidate requirements include:
  • 4 yr college degree and 3 years of customer service experience (phone, chat or face-to-face) experience may substitute for education.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Collaborative team player, quick to learn and absorb complicated information, able to take direction and build relationships.
This is an excellent temporary opportunity with the possibility of going on to permanent employment. Located in Downtown Austin, parking is provided. Call us for more information!!
