Role Purpose
The People & Culture (P&C) team is part of the Operations and Systems team, which is responsible for managing, optimizing and enhancing the P&C systems ecosystem. Further, the team collaborates cross-functionally within P&C and the organization to identify and resolve stakeholder needs through optimized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, P&C Systems, the P&C Associate Officer will be primarily responsible for the following -
  • Responsible for monitoring the P&C system ecosystem data, security, and process integrity continuously and working with the Employee Support Centre (ESC) to ensure its maintenance
  • Drive the solutions for issues for core HCM (Human Capital Management) and other Workday functionalities with OSF's Workday support provider, ensuring timely resolution
  • Accountable for conducting in-depth testing for configurations and updates in Workday
  • Responsible for ensuring integrations are working as required, in collaboration with the P&C systems project head and resolving any arising issues with assistance from the support provider
  • Accountable for delivering Workday trainings across the organization in collaboration with the P&C systems projects head to drive adoption and increase stakeholder knowledge about the functionalities of Workday
  • Responsible for maintaining the process SOPs for Workday in collaboration with the P&C portfolio manager
  • Responsible for executing mass data changes in the workday in collaboration with the P&C teams, as required
  • Undertake special improvement projects on P&C systems under the guidance of the division director P&C systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of P&C processes

Person Specification
  • Prior experience working in HRIS; specifically Workday HCM (Recruiting, Talent, Comp, Reporting, Security, Time Off/Absence, Payroll, Benefits)
  • Experience in building and managing an effective Workday-based environment.
  • Certified core HCM Workday practitioner
Desirable:
  • Experience in the implementation of any other HR systems
Functional Competencies:
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday core HCM, Recruitment and Talent modules
  • Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of metrics, with advanced Excel skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work and manage external vendors
  • Effectively work independently, with efficiency in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow initiatives through to completion, with strict deadlines and without loss of attention to detail

Languages:
  • An excellent knowledge of English

The salary range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300 - $133,500 (USD). The final offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience
