Company DescriptionOpen Scientific provides contract staffing and direct hire recruitment services for the scientific, engineering, laboratory and manufacturing sectors.Job DescriptionFraud Review SpecialistLocation: Holbrook, NYPay: $12-$14 Open Scientific is currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Fraud Analyst to work for a Global Vitamin Company located in Holbrook. The right candidate will be responsible for reviewing suspect orders for fraud. The goal is to maintain a low incidence of fraud and chargebacks initiated from fraudulent transactions. Responsibilities include:Daily review of suspect orders using Chase Paymentech’s Safetech fraud management tool.Analyze suspect orders for indications of fraud. Approve and decline orders.Maintain low margin of error when approving and declining orders through knowledge, experience and assistance from Manager.Identify and escalate trends. Assist in the revision of existing rules and creation of new rules.Contact customers to verify order information.Requirements: 1 year Customer Service experienceSome college preferably Additional Skills: Excellent attention to detailExcellent technical/computer skillsAbility to multi-taskAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
