The Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual looking for a growth opportunity who can fill the position of Account Coordinator. You will gain hands-on experiential marketing experience by assisting in the management and execution of the auto shows and specialty events. In this role, you will support the account team while working closely with clients, internal departments, and external vendors. From day one, you will start to learn and understand project priorities in the context of agency and client expectations.

The Job:

  • Provide necessary support to the Account Team in the planning and production of auto shows & specialty events.
  • Maintain internal & client facing documents.
  • Work with the field services team to maintain show service documents and assist with show services.
  • Assist in ensuring all projects are moving forward in a timely & cost-effective manner.
  • Attend meetings, both internal and with clients, and compile & distribute notes to all attendees.
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry and client’s business.
  • Be energetic about what you do, take pride in your work and be the one bringing new ideas to the team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A positive presence in every room, seeking collaborative opportunities along the way.
  • A real passion for solving problems in new and existing ways.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
