ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a responsible and professional 2nd Shift Production Lead to sustain our production operations throughout the night. This individual will be the initial hire for our second shift, working independently to maintain the seamless flow of our production processes.

Main Job Roles:

• Machine Operation: Setting up machinery and ensuring all materials are readily available for maximum efficiency
• USPS Deliveries: Helping sort and prepare mail in trays to be delivered to the Post Office in a safe and timely manner
• Taking inventory
• Light Admin work for to assist 1st shift employees
• Replacing consumables on printers

Expectations for Position (you are the CEO of your role):

• Willingness to sign up for overtime when needed.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Professionalism and responsibility as the sole representative during the second shift.

Requirements for this position:

• Smart, ambitious, and takes ownership of all tasks.
• Extremely process-driven with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Maintains a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for an eight-hour shift.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Job Type/Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Compensation:

• Holiday Time Off: 9 days paid per calendar year
• Paid Time Off: 64 hours in year one, increases with tenure
• Short-Term Disability: Up to 60% weekly income
• Long-Term Disability: Up to 60% monthly income
