Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide personal assistant support as required
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous customer support experience is preferred
- Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is a bonus
- Knowledge of event planning is an asset
