Security Personnel are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The uniformed specialist will perform foot patrols of campus to monitor for any irregularities, enforce regulations, and report those findings. [BW2]

QUALIFICATIONS

Highschool Diploma or equivalency preferred but not required.

2 years of experience in the security sector preferred but not required.

Must possess a current and valid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Security Officers license.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must have a professional demeanor in both communication and physical appearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain visibility through actively patrolling the facility.

Manage the security guard post, access control, and visitor sign in process.

Participates in Emergency Preparedness Drills.

Document all theft, safety, health hazards, accidents or incidents in your Daily Activity Report.

Provide escorts to both the tenants, visitors, contractors or direct law enforcement or other agencies.

May be required to stand for long periods of time.

Comfortable in radio transmissions and relaying information.
