Position Description

Responsible for assuming the responsibility for the Infection Control Program of the facility in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Responsible for infection control surveillance, prevention, and control. Responsible for the data collection, analysis, and reporting findings to the Director and designated committees. In addition, this position is responsible for infection control education for new hires and staff.
