- Active RBT certification or 40 hour RBT training certificate of completion
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred (but not required)
- Relevant experience working with children and children with special needs preferred
- Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- Ability to work FULL-TIME: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am & 6pm

- Able to easily navigate within a clinic, home, and school setting
- Able to travel to families’ homes or a school if necessary
- Ability to access our online video training platform by internet
