Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy to empower children with Autism
• Provide early intervention therapy within a center-based environment
• Support children's development from birth to 5 years of age
• Implement tailored treatment plans and gather systematic data

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• High school diploma
• Active CPR certification and valid driver’s license with clean record
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screening
• Full-time availability Monday-Friday between 8 am & 6 pm (no exceptions)
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and high-energy attitude
• Lifelong learner with strong communication skills
• Ability to navigate clinic, home, and school settings
• Comfortable with online training and physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
