Job description
 We’re looking for a Fabricator to add to our team. Our client continues to grow and has positions open to meet current demand. They STAY BUSY and are looking for fabricators in a manufacturing setting. The successful applicant will be ready to work and always show up on time, work allotted hours, and eager to grow with the company. This is a Temp to Hire position as well with the company, so a great opportunity to be able to grow.

Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Select types of sheet metal according customer specification
  • Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets
  • Drill holes in metal for screws, bolts, rivet etc. according to customer specifications
  • Install metal sheets in supportive frameworks.
  • Maneuver and anchor large sheet metal and parts. 
  • Organize routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
 
Fabricator Requirements - Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
  • 1 years’ experience as a sheet metal fabricator
  • Excellent knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials
  • Good ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be a bonus.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, etc.
  • Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm
