**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated , outgoing and reliable part time Shift Leader to join our team! The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth workflow during their shift.

**Duties:**

- Lead a team of employees during shifts

- Ensure efficient operation of the store

-Help Train new employees on company policies and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Drive sales by upselling products and give thorough product knowledge to customers

- Help with visual merchandising

-Keeping the store organized and clean

**Requirements:**

- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.

- Abide by the store dress code

- Ability to climb ladders and go up and down steep stairs in a timely manner

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Proficiency in English

- 1 year of retail or management experience

- Strong ability to upsell products

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures

This position is for someone who thrives working with people and is also looking for a challenge and can learn quickly. It's a fun and fast paced environment where multi tasking is imperative and high energy is a requirement. Hours could range from 8hr/week (we are off season now and slow down in the Summer) up to 24 hours a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
