Salary: $80,000-$100,000 yearly with bonus opportunities

Opportunity 
The Creative Director will lead the company’s creative department working closely with the marketing, sales, programming, and education departments to deliver effective and engaging content, ads, copy, design, videos, etc. to help enhance our brand and brand experience. The Creative Director will have the opportunity to be promoted as the Chief Creative Officer if he or she performs at a high level.
Essential Duties

  • Lead, manage, and drive the creative process from concept to completion. 
  • Understand various business and department objectives and translate those objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Develop exceptional branding and marketing assets such as ad campaigns, website, landing pages, videos, presentations, social media posts, etc. 
  • Create and improve brands and brand experience, as well as multi-channel marketing, promotional, and advertising campaigns.
  • Revise, edit, and provide quality control over all creative assets, content, presentations, etc.
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions. 
  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate. 
  • Work well with the different departments and staff such as marketing, sales, tech, events, operations, finance, etc. 
  • Manage and motivate the creative team, including but not limited to designer, copy writer, video producer, content creator, social media manager, etc.
  • Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets. 
  • Oversee projects, internal staff, and external contractors to accomplish goals on time and cost effectively.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest creative techniques and methods. 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed and on-time.
  • Report to COO. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred 

  • Ability to delegate but also do the actual work needed to complete a creative project.
  • Strong vision to see a project from conception to final execution.
  • Broad based knowledge in design, graphics, photos, copy, video, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in marketing and a high functioning marketing department’s needs. 
  • Solid project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 

Qualifications and Experience Preferred 

  • 10 years of related experience.
