Summary: The Nurse Practitioner must be able to provide an array of face and body medical treatments offered at Ooh La La. The Nurse Practitioner must possess leadership and management skills and be able and willing to supervise and guide the RN's, Aestheticians, and Medical Assistants as well as have a thorough understanding of all protocols, policies and procedures to provide the safest environment for the Ooh La La team and patients. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin plus products and services offered at Ooh La La and be able to build treatment plans that will yield natural results for our patients. They must be a team player, have excellent communication skills, adhere to sanitation requirements, and be willing to train on all of the Spa's treatment modalilties. They must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner, licensed in Illinois.

Job Responsibilities:

Directly supervise the RN's, Aestheticians, and Medical Assistants.

Make sure your daily charting is complete and the RN's, Aestheticians, and Medical Assistants charting is complete prior to leaving for the day.

Review treatement plans and sign all charts for RN's, Aestheticians, and Medical Assistants prior to leaving for the day.

Confirm all consents and forms are complete for each patient prior to the patient being treated.

Clear all patients prior to treatment as per clinic policies and procedures.

Conduct patient consultations and recommend a treatment plan including products and services.

Provide consistent professional face and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.

Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost control.

Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.

Perform prep work and properly clean and re-stock the exam rooms as required.

Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas.

Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, products, programs, promos including home care.

Meet minimum retail sales goals (products and services).

Be eligible for training and certifications to provide any and all treatments offered at Ooh La La plus be willing to learn new treatments and products as they are brought in to the clinic.

Provide Senior Leadership, Management, and Training to the entire Ooh La La team.

Handle patient's questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by patients, ensuring complete patient satisfaction.

Communicate to management and all occurrences involving the team or patients in the spa that require attention.

Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality, positive, work environment.

Attend, participate, and support training and team meetings.

Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.

Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.

Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment, and perform services within the allotted time for the service.

Additional Responsibilities:

Represent the company responsibly and professionally at all times.

Provide assistance to team members as required. Must be a team player. Must step up and help in the clinic any and every way needed.

Perform duties and complete charting during scheduled business hours.

Requirements:

Must hold and maintain a current Illinois license (as required).

Must have computer skills and be able to utilize many different computer programs.

Must be able to stand while administering treatments.
