Onyx Specialty Papers, a manufacturing facility located in Lee MA, is looking for a mechanic/millwright to fill a full time position. The optimal candidate will be experienced in one or more of the following skills: Fabrication, Rigging, Hand and Power Tool Use, Pipefitting, Machining, Welding, Blueprint Reading, and Power Transmission. The candidate should be comfortable working in a team environment with other skilled tradesmen.

Initial pay level will be determined based on the candidates current experience and may increase over time as additional skills are gained. Annual earnings potential is upwards of $65,000. The standard work week for this position is 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday with weekend work (at premium pay rates including double time on Sunday) required a couple times per month. The average weekly hours worked is 45-50 hours. The position requires rotating on call responsibility, which also comes with premium pay. Overtime for this position is paid after 8 hours worked in a day.
