Our office is located in Morton Grove, IL and we are looking for a highly motivated Central Supply Customer Service Coordinator to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

The Sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include:

• Review DME rentals with clients via email and in-person.
• Maintain DME rental lists updated and determine which equipment should be purchased.
• Coordinating purchase proposals for capital projects
• Owning the end-to-end PO to invoice process for all sourcing projects.
• Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers.
• Manage daily que of requests from direct email and task management workflow.
• Ensure timely completion of requests.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.

 Requirements:

• BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics – preferred Not Required
• Proficient in Microsoft products – Excel and Outlook
