Our Dispatchers work (3) 12-hour days a week and rotate a 4th day every other week. Doesn't that sound great?
- 9am-9pm (Day shift).
- Our Dispatchers work three (3) 12-hour days a week and work a 4th day every other week.
- Client Order Entry.
- Hands on system dispatching (We will train).
- Dispatching Drivers.
- Track and Trace Drivers.
- Problem Solving.
- Scheduling Pickups/Deliveries.
- Mapping out Routes.
- Monitoring TMS systems.
- Auditing orders.
- 1-2 Years minimal experience Dispatching Drivers. (Courier and/or Final Mile experience is highly desired).
- 1-2 Years experience using Dispatch or TMS software.
- 3-4 Years of top-notch customer service experience.
- Technology Savvy and stays abreast of new technology.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
- Must have positive attitude and have the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Experience in Transportation and/or Logistics is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in multi-line phone systems.
