Onward Search is hiring a Creative Operations Assistant Manager for a global retailer on a contract through the EOY that has the opportunity to extend and / or FTE

Notes :

Must be able to go on-site to the San Bruno office 3 days a week

Summary :

The Creative Training Manager will be responsible for accelerating training programs and materials for brands building their own assets on the platform.

They will be responsible for advancing and developing communications and trainings for the Creative Certification program.

The ideal candidate is creative and operational, has an action-oriented mindset and has experience building programs that enable scale.

They are effective communicators who know how to adjust content and messaging for various audiences. This role is right for you if you are passionate about digital marketing and advertising, possess effective time and strong project management skills and can work cross collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive business impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Planning, managing, and developing a learning path for our advertising partners that engage and inform.
  • Help us scale by designing email comms and websites for external partners.
  • Perform audits and work with creative counterparts to uplevel creative from external partners.
  • Effectively scaling via tools / e-courses including support of online learning hub and identifying solutions to address FAQs
  • Identifying training needs and opportunities to ensure alignment to overall goals of the program.
  • Develop robust training content for webinars, workshops, and program events.
  • Manage and support existing creative trainings content within company platform and tools.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of creative experience in digital media and marketing at tech platforms or ad agencies or brands or media companies
  • Proficient experience with training and development programs
  • Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
