OnTrac is Hiring a Remote Training and Auditing Manager

Summary: The Training and Auditing Manager reports through the Cx / QA organization. The primary purpose of this position is to manage OnTrac’s training development programs as well as identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that assist in improving employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work in order to meet the overall needs of the company. This position also oversees the process auditing function which will assess compliance to training requirements. Responsibilities: Directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company.Directs planning and scheduling of process audits, and the tracking of results and corrective actions resulting from such audits.Insures that procedures, training and audits are aligned.Manages quality assurance training personnel and projects to assure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Analyze, anticipate and interpret both current and future training needs of all operations and corporate training and provide guidance and instruction to trainers on proper curriculum development and implementation. Ensure that new and quickly growing facilities have adequate training support to ensure success.Analyze, assess and provide metrics to management that validate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives to determine when revisions, enhancements, or new programs should occur and receives recommendation/input from team.Operate as a main point of contact regarding the training and development needs of all departments of Ontrac to develop training programs and track adherence to those programs. Functions to include but not limited to Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and IT.Establish strategy for developing Documented Quality system for new Ontrac Company. Including implementation and maintenance of document control & learning management systems including but not limited to SOP writing, batch record review, deviations, technical report review and personnel trainingBuild training and auditing team that aligns in focus and skills with the needs of the functions that are supported. Recruit, hire, train and assign trainers and auditors duties and responsibilities specific to their assigned facilities.Travel required as business needs dictate.Evaluate the results of overall department performance regularly and systematically reports these results to the Director of Customer Experience.Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.Manages training and auditing personnel and projects to assure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Manage multiple training, development and auditing projects simultaneously.Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization. Competencies: Proven work experience as a manager / leaderExperience building materials and conducting training sessionsThe ability to communicate and interface with many corporate and employee levels.The ability to influence other departments and across various leadership levels.Solid presentation and facilitation skills.Strong Leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with team/work group, motivate others to achieve and exceed department and organizational goals.A high level of system and product knowledge.Strong analytical skills and sound judgement.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Initiative and adaptability.Excellent follow up skills.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)High attention to detail.Able to prioritize and complete multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems creatively to address business needs.The ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.The ability to prioritize, maintain flexibility and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner in a fast evolving, multi tasked environment.Proficient in all MS Office software and custom company software.Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GEDDegree preferred but not required4-8 years experience in related fieldUp to 25% TravelIt is the responsibility of every position to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and to conduct their activities accordingly.
