Summary: The Training and Auditing Manager reports through the Cx / QA organization. The primary purpose of this position is to manage OnTrac’s training development programs as well as identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that assist in improving employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work in order to meet the overall needs of the company. This position also oversees the process auditing function which will assess compliance to training requirements. Responsibilities: Directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company.Directs planning and scheduling of process audits, and the tracking of results and corrective actions resulting from such audits.Insures that procedures, training and audits are aligned.Manages quality assurance training personnel and projects to assure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Analyze, anticipate and interpret both current and future training needs of all operations and corporate training and provide guidance and instruction to trainers on proper curriculum development and implementation. Ensure that new and quickly growing facilities have adequate training support to ensure success.Analyze, assess and provide metrics to management that validate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives to determine when revisions, enhancements, or new programs should occur and receives recommendation/input from team.Operate as a main point of contact regarding the training and development needs of all departments of Ontrac to develop training programs and track adherence to those programs. Functions to include but not limited to Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and IT.Establish strategy for developing Documented Quality system for new Ontrac Company. Including implementation and maintenance of document control & learning management systems including but not limited to SOP writing, batch record review, deviations, technical report review and personnel trainingBuild training and auditing team that aligns in focus and skills with the needs of the functions that are supported.
