Summary: The Safety and Risk Analyst coordinates and evaluates safety programs that support the strategy, policies, and standards established for the physical safety of all visitors, employees, or customers to the organization's facilities. Compiles data and analyzes results of audits, inspections, TRIR /LTIR, and creates presentations. Assists with the development of training, educational programs, and communications on safety policies and topics to ensure staff is prepared for potential safety issues, crisis response, disaster recovery, evacuation, workplace violence, and other emergency events. Responsibilities: The Safety and Risk Analyst will design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) as required to support the OnTrac Safety Team and cross-functional teams. This position in part develops and updates scorecards and assists with developing safety programs and policies.
