Job Summary & Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that visualize key business metrics to facilitate decision-making. Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide regular updates to senior management. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their challenges and objectives, translating complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights. Perform ad hoc analysis as required to address specific business questions and present findings clearly and concisely. Oversee new data collection and integration without compromising data integrity across existing pipelines. Develop and enforce policies for effective data management and ensure data is accurate and available. Lead BI projects, setting timelines, defining milestones, and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Act as the point of contact for project communications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and challenges. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI technology. Recommend and implement new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities. Provide technical expertise and support to team members regarding using BI tools and technologies. Mentor junior analysts and other team members, providing guidance and training to enhance their analytical skills and understanding of BI tools. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and professional growth. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure data insights are understandable and utilized effectively. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field 4-6 years of working experience directly with data engineering or analytics teams Proficient in SQL programming, data visualization, cloud services, analytical skills, and programming languages for performing data analysis and manipulation. Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, coordinating release schedules, delivered a major service or product from start to finish Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
