Job Summary & Responsibilities -Leads the Inspection Business Unit (IBU) software development group, consisting of 30 software engineers/testers -Plan and execute large scale software projects -Collaborate with hardware and optical departments to define and create next generation products -Advise and assist in defining next generation product roadmaps -Enable innovation and problem -Organize software support for our global customer -Define and enforce software development processes and standards -Ensure software release standards and quality -Domestic and international up to 10% of the time Qualifications Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields -15 years managing software teams -5 years managing software departments -20 years with commercial software development -Extensive knowledge of Windows OS and C# language -Experience managing agile software development processes -Experience with machine vision technology highly desirable -Semiconductor equipment experience highly desirable Onto Innovation is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
