Job Summary & Responsibilities Leads and motivates the Sales Applications Group within the IBU for all Application Studies to demonstrate our systems capabilities to customers and lead all customer demonstrations in house. Produces world class App Study reports to demonstrate our systems superior performance and results. Coordinates all App Studies and Demonstrations, meeting customer timelines and exceeding their expectations in Onto's capabilities. Responsible for the IBU's system performance at the PACE lab, ensuring the Firefly works seamlessly with the EBU and LBU products. Coordinates all IBU activities at the lab. Works with Engineering on New Product Development, End of Life support and Field Escalations for tool performance. Develops an improved, world class App Study Report and Customer Engagement, positioning Onto in the best possible light, especially against our competitors. Supports high profile customer engagements in the field for urgent/significant tool utilization and acceptances. Qualifications 15 years experience in the Semiconductor Inspection and Metrology market segment. 10 years experience in Semiconductor Capital Equipment, preferably on the sales/commercial side. Proven leader and motivator of technical teams delivering high performance results in a fast paced work environment.
