Our team is looking for a Mechanical O/H Technician II to join them. You will report to the Production Cell Leader and will have an Onsite work structure in Chatsworth, Ca. To be considered for the Mechanical O/H Technician II opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: General knowledge equivalent to high school education. 2 year’s experience in the aerospace industry preferably in the fields of electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic component overhaul. Read, comprehend and understand engineering prints, specifications, overhaul or component maintenance manuals, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic schematics. Knowledge with the use of mechanical and electronic measuring instruments and equipment such as calipers, height gages, depth indicators, micrometers, power supplies, multimeters, pressure gages, flow meters, etc As a Mechanical O/H Technician II you will: Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, reassemble and test all units. Perform the required set up to test units. Keep accurate records through proper documentation of all measurements according to the CMM or relevant technical data. Write evaluation reports for each unit. Continuously think of ways to improve work processes. · Maintain open communication with internal customers at all times.
