Job Title: Machine Operator - 3rd Shift
Schedule:
- Sunday - Friday, 11pm - 7:30am, from now until July 8th, 2024.
- On July 8th, 2024, we will be transitioning to in running operations to 24-7.
- On July 8th, 2024, the new schedule for this position will be 7pm - 7am, 2-2-3.
Location: Stokesdale, NC

Report To: Shift Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Strive for 0 accidents.
- Responsible of the quality of the product.
- Operate efficiently the production line following the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP's).
- Analyze and solve the issues popping up, do repairments and ask support to the Process Technician and to the Team Leader when needed.
- Execute the small changeovers and participate to the big ones.
- Execute the daily preventive maintenance and participate to the frequency one.
- Inform the Team Leader about technical issues and improvement ideas.
- Identify opportunities and create solutions for elimination of losses/waste.

- Peers, Team Leader, Process Technician, Maintenance Shifts Support Technicians, Changeover Technicians, Quality Process Auditor
Educational Requirements
- High School and/or Technical Education.
Prior Work Experience Requirements
- Highspeed, continual process manufacturing in a high-volume setting
- Fast pace and GMP knowledge a plus.
Prior Technical Skills Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge, mathematical aptitude, and use of small hand tools
- Able to read measurements, gauges, pressures and other machine settings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
