TITLE:  CAFETERIA ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be able to deal with the staff, students and public in a friendly and courteous manner. 
2. Must be able to set up and remove the lunchroom tables.
3. Must be able to sweep and mop the lunch area and halls.
4. Must be able to supervise children.
5. Must pass a physical examination given by an approved physician before starting work.

REPORTS TO: PRINCIPAL

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervision of students during lunch period.
2. Set up and take down equipment.
3. Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the lunchroom and hallways.
4. Assist with food serving and selling.
5. Other duties as assigned by the building principal or his/her designee.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Days to be scheduled and terms per the master agreement.

The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District.
