We are searching for motivated individuals who have a background in drafting to train into an estimator role. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train someone with this background from the ground up, if they are willing to apply themselves and desire to learn the architectural woodwork field. Candidate Requirements:

• Available to work overtime when required
• Technologically skilled (computer literate, Microsoft Word/Excel/Teams, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Experienced in interpreting architectural drawings
• Experienced in commercial interior woodwork estimating (Preferred)
• Woodworking manufacturing knowledge (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Work with architectural drawings to identify all finishes related to architectural woodwork
• Develop working relationships with clients (construction General Contractors)
• Operate estimating take off and PDF notation software

Experience:

• Prior experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings
• Prior experience in AutoCAD / 2D Modeling
• Commercial Woodwork Estimating: 5 years (Preferred)

The pay range is negotiable based upon experience. This position will have overtime as needed. Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
