Onsite Ready Mix is seeking a professional to support the company’s finance and accounting efforts in the field office. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with process manufacturing accounting or bookkeeping experience to work in a high energy environment.
Essential Responsibilities
· Assist with completeness of AP coding for outgoing payments.
· Assist with completeness of AR coding for incoming payments.
· Assist with preparation and delivery of outgoing customer invoices.
· Prepare weekly check runs for manual and/or cashier’s check requests. Update the manual check register accordingly.
· Prepare monthly cost log for ACH and wire payments to be processed by accounting.
· Compile invoice support for all cash transactions for each bank account on a weekly basis.
· Compile invoice/receipt support for all company corporate cards on a weekly basis.
· Work with accounting to ensure all monthly transactional support is uploaded.
· Coordinate with operational and field managers as needed.
· Administrative duties including serving as point of contact for vendors and customers, organizing meetings and appointments, coordinating and collaborating internally and externally as needed.
· Assist with drafting of monthly journal entries as needed.
· Pull details and reports from the accounting system as needed.
· Participate in special projects, as necessary.

· Ability to fully understand deliverables necessary for generation of company financials
· Track record of performing and providing a work product that demonstrates mastery of prior job functions and tasks.
Experience/Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
· Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
· Strong proficiency in Excel.
· Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of the organization.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to keep data organized.
· Reliability and perseverance in performing detailed administrative tasks.
· Ability to wear many hats in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
· Ability to communicate promptly with internal and external parties.
