Key Responsibilities 

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm, friendly demeanor.
• Provide exceptional valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
• Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
• Meticulously maintain records and efficiently manage parking logistics.
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.

Minimum Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (No Permits or Probationary License)
• Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years

About You

Excellent interpersonal skills and having a customer-focused mindset comes naturally to you. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations, and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are a well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You are over the age of 18, have been actively driving for the past 5 years with a clean driving record and possess a valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record. 

You don't mind being on your feet constantly, and enjoy the challenge of maintaining the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

About The Job

Our Hospitality and Valet Team, is the first and last impression for patients and guests during their hospital visit, which positions them to make a huge impact daily! This team understands that people come first,as they strive to be the embodiment of customer service while interacting with patients, guests, and hospital staff. Welcoming people and going above and beyond while assisting with additional services such as unloading/loading of vehicles, assisting with mobility challenges, and even offering wheelchair/escort services as needed; is just a small part of what this team does to elevate the patient experience!

Location

• Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital in Houston, TX

Hours of Operation

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00am - 6:00pm (8 hour shifts)

Position Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• Possess a valid active in-state drivers license
• Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years
• High school Diploma or GED (Preferred not required)
• Will effectively build relationships with patients, guests, hospital staff, and your team
• Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
• Can stand during entire shift in an outdoor environment
• Will move with urgency and speed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to problem solve
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
• Bi-lingual (not required but a plus!)
• Drive a manual transmission (not required but a plus)

Hospital Requirements

• Covid vaccine
• Additional requirements and screening process may be required at this facility

Compensation

• Base pay of $15.00/hour plus tips
