onsemi is seeking a Material Handler 2 in our Nampa, Idaho site; as a Material Handler, you will work in a dynamic team environment that supports 24x7 manufacturing 

Responsibilities include:

• Execute shipping requests for domestic and international shipments
• Perform system transactions on local site and corporate systems to allow movement of material
• Pack and label outbound shipments
• Monitor shipping supplies and place orders to replenish levels as needed
• Follow up with customers on shipment questions/issues (e.g. late shipments, customs clearance delays, tracking # requests, etc.)
• Participate in solving existing logistical barriers and improving current methods
• Support 5S within the shipping/receiving area
• Work on Logistics Department projects as needed (Standard Work, Process Improvements, etc.)
• Cross-train in other functional areas within Logistics to provide coverage and support as needed
• Update and maintain shipping records and charts
• Be able to lift 30 lbs, squat/bend, and stand for at least an hour at a time
• Must be shift flexible – position is for a modified 1st shift, but occasional shortened Saturday shifts are required at times.
