onsemi located in East Fishkill, NY is seeking a Facilities Engineering Manager

Summary of Role:

Facilities Engineering Manager leading a group of engineers, technicians, and administrative personnel that will deliver world class support to three major manufacturing lines and a number of other Site Tenants. The ideal candidate will have ten years of experience in the S/C manufacturing industry with demonstrated leadership in Construction or Tool Install and significant business acumen to lead the organization. The role collaborates closely with the Fabs, other Sites, and organizations to share best practices, reduce costs, drive improvements and efficiencies. 

Essential Responsibilities:

• Bring rest of world best known methods to establish Best in Class Tool Install and Construction programs to flawlessly execute on all
  • Infrastructure upgrades to the Fab, Post Fab, Probe/Test Factories
  • Infrastructure upgrades or capital improvements to any Facilities owned system (Water, wastewater treatment, gas & chemical distribution, electrical, mechanical, roofs, parking lots, etc)
  • Tool installations to support the ramp
• Other Contract Management
  • Cafeteria Food Services/Catering/Vending
  • Snow Removal/Grounds/Janitorial
• Tenant and Landlord Relations including utility and services billing and payment reconciliation
• Space Planning & Utilization
• Building and Occupancy Permits
• Internal & External Benchmarking to improve competitive posture
• Property Assessment, Appraisal & Taxes
• Community Relations (Town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County & Neighbors)

 Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all activities are executed in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
• Achieve all business metrics including manufacturing up time, budgets and forecasting, capital optimization, energy conservation, and customer satisfaction
• Provide coaching and mentoring to develop future leaders.
• Ensure the team is audit-ready at all times and responsive to all types of audits (e.g. ISO, OSHA, Security, IT, Regulatory, Environmental, etc.) 
• Weekend Coverage 4-6 times per year
• Emergency response after hours and on weekends
