OnPoint Property Management is Hiring a Leasing Agent Near Nampa, ID

We are looking for an experienced Part Time Leasing Agent to join our team. This part time position is available at our Caldwell location; a multiple property portfolio of 160 units all based in the Nampa/Caldwell area.

OnPoint Property Management is a full-service property management company specializing in multi-family dwellings with properties spanning the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley areas. Our goal is to provide superb service to our tenants, owners, and vendors. This position requires assisting the Property Manager with providing a quality living experience for residents, creating a positive environment for the staff, and optimizing return on investment for owners. Must be able to effectively direct the operations of properties when the Manager is unavailable.

Leasing Agent responsibilities:

(with assistance of the Property Manager)

  • Providing a high quality of service to residents with efficient operation.
  • Interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
  • Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
  • Responsible for assisting with coordinating all activities related to apartment tours, rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals
  • Processing applications, conducting credit checks, and preparing/executing lease agreements
  • Maintaining up-to-date resident files
  • Preparing and delivering notices to residents
  • Advocating collection of rent and other income and remotely depositing
  • Effectively marketing properties
  • Assist in coding of incoming invoices & receipts
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
  • Following and enforcing all fair housing, local landlord tenant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Property Management a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass background check & illicit drug screening
