What will I be doing?

Blueprint is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Communications Production Specialistto join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies. Your responsibilities include ensuring effective internal and external communication across various platforms, as outlined by the Production Manager. This involves managing communications across multiple points of sale on globally recognized websites, contributing to a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Review existing code and make necessary amendments with support from the line manager, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to quality standards.
• Own the development and execution of traveler communications across email, web and app platforms, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging experience. 
• Demonstrate confidence in managing sophisticated customer segmentation, testing methodologies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for effective campaign optimization.
• Attention to detail, with focus on ensuring accurate and precise delivery of communications across numerous audience segments.
• Take charge of the delivery schedule for assigned campaigns, tracking progress, and providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Build and manage audience segments, contributing to targeted and impactful communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Experience in executing large scale direct customer programs.
• Hands-on experience with SFMC, AMP scripts, HTML/CSS, showcasing adeptness in leveraging diverse technical tools.
• Proficient in both email and app platforms, bringing a wealth of experience to enhance communication strategies across multiple channels.
• Have a structured approach to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing processes, following guidance from line managers.
• Strong level of technical experience, demonstrating proficiency in navigating and utilizing various tools and technologies.
• Collaborate effectively with guidance to find solutions to challenges, while proactively escalating when necessary.
• Build productive relationship with stakeholders and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $69,300 to $89,600 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
