As the Senior Vice President of Sales at OnLogic, you’ll be on the Global Management Team in South Burlington, Vermont, managing our global sales team to drive the company’s growth and expand its customer base. You are a strategic sales leader with a record of successfully building and guiding high-performing teams to achieve exceptional revenue results.

On an average day, you'll...

  • Provide guidance and strategic direction for our global sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Oversee significant EU sales growth by visiting our offices and customers on a regular cadence.
  • Build, develop and mentor a top-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals.
  • Lead deal negotiations with customers and partnerships to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and workflows for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and oversee outbound sales efforts, encompassing direct sales, partnerships, strategic alliances, and channels, to establish a strong market presence and create new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management to align sales strategies with overall business goals and market demand.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with key customers and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and foster the expansion, extension, and growth of business with existing customers. 
  • Monitor and research market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-informed sales decisions and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Develop forecasts and set performance targets to track the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Global Management Team.
