Job Title: Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in providing leadership and oversight throughout various projects within the company. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, setting concrete deadlines, and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Clearly define each step of the project and establish concrete deadlines for milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestone dates, status updates, and resource allocation.
- Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and provide direction to team members.
- Facilitate problem-solving and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with all levels of employees, including upper management, department heads, and staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project objectives and organizational goals.

- Occasional travel may be required for project-related meetings or activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time).
- Regular operation of office equipment, including computers, printers, and other productivity tools.
