Job Title: Receptionist

Salary: $13.00-$16.00

Schedule: Saturday 8am-8pm & Sunday 8am-8pm

Benefits eligibility for some benefits dependent on full time employment status

Duties:

  • Professionally answer all incoming calls to the facility.
  • Greet and assist all guests of the facility.
  • Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
  • Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.
  • Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Front office / receptionist experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite

Pay: $14.93 - $16.12 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Weekends only
