The Flex Program offers you flexible scheduling, which means you work when you want and it offers next-day pay!

• AM shift : $15.00 / hr.
• PM shift : $15.35 / hr.
• Monday - Friday 1st $15.00 / hr.
• Monday - Friday 2nd $15.35 / hr.
• Monday - Friday 3rd $15.35 / hr.
• Mentor to help you understand your responsibilities, work activities & safety measures.

What Youll Do As A Production Worker :

• Place windshields into the wash area and then onto a conveyor belt
• Perform quality checks on products
• Maintain a clean workstation
• Stack windshields into trays.
• Other duties as needed for production

The environment is very fast paced and is not climate controlled, but if youre a quick learner, and a motivated team player, theres a lot of opportunity here.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might Have :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior manufacturing experience (desired, but not required)
• Positive outlook while working through obstacles
• Self-starter, high level of initiative
• Detail oriented
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills written, verbal, active listening
