What You'll Do as a Seasonal Warehouse Team Lead:

• Keep team morale high and productivity steady by leading, motivating, and communicating well to achieve daily goals.
• Receive inbound freight on pallets
• Manually transfer products from pallets to a conveyor belt
• Stack empty pallets for relocation by a forklift operator
• Additional duties, as assigned
• You will go far in this role as a motivating team leader who works hands-on!

Preferred Candidate Might:

• Have experience in warehouse operations
• Be an experienced Team Leader in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center
• Have good communication skills
• Have experience in preparing orders, picking/packing, and loading/unloading trucks
• Be Bilingual (English/Spanish) as a plus!
