Onin Staffing is Hiring a Parts Counter Sales Near Amarillo, TX
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Saturday 8 am - 11 pm.
Pay: $13 an hour
- Directly sells parts and accessories to customers
- Answers customer calls and emails related to parts and accessory purchases and/or concerns.
- Communicates in a timely manner through call, texts and emails to provide information and trailer repair status updates as well as information about parts availability.
- Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service in the parts & service departments which will create a positive experience for every customer’s interaction
- Verify parts are in stock by using inventory lookup on computer
- Must be bilingual
- Computer literate
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
