Job Description

Here's a great opportunity for someone who is great at multitasking and has a keen eye for detail in an office environment:

● $14/hour

● Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

● Holidays off!

● Amazing healthcare: $5 copay on Dr. visits, $5 prescriptions, free Teladoc and more!

● Full-time; steady schedule; weekends off!

What You'll Do:

● Search for information in order to fill statistical reports

● Utilize Microsoft Excel software to manage spreadsheets and create reports

● Maintain an updated record of statistics and information

● Answer and screen calls to appropriate departments/staff

● Read, sort, and file documents from various departments

REQUIREMENTS:

● The preferred candidate might be/have:

● Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

● Ability to maintain accurate clerical files

● Possess a minimum of 6 months of clerical/office experience

● Fluency in Spanish & English
