Job Description
Onin Staffing is looking for packers in the Plant City area with a well established company. We are looking for hard -working team players! This position is a 2-2-3 shift.
2 days on 2 days off 3 days on) 12 hr shift . This is a great entry level position for someone looking for warehouse experience and a good opportunity with a fantastic company!
Work Experience
- MUST SPEAK SPANISH NO EXCEPTIONS
- Must adhere to strict dress code
- Packing experience is preferred, not required
- Will be counting and sorting products
- Visibly check for quality defects
- Label packages for shipment
- To understand and adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures
- To provide quality service to internal and external customers
- To learn and become proficient in your job function
- To know chain of authority in your department and have necessary information to reach appropriate management staff
- Take an active part in your performance and professional development
- Treat everyone with respect
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner
- This position is in a Hot environment. No climate control.
