• Pay: $15/hour
• Schedule: 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri, and Sat 6am-2:30pm

What you'll do as an Outbound Shipping Coordinator:

• Plan, schedule, track, and ensure on-time delivery of daily customer shipments based on budget parameters of cost utilization
• Review routing guides and ensure compliance with all customer requirements
• Monitor freight rates on all zones and reduce freight rates
• Help determine invoice discrepancies with carriers, and develop strong relationships with those carriers.
• Front office reception, administration and support for the distribution center, as well as HR.

The ideal candidate for Outbound Shipping Coordinator might:

• Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time
• Proficient using all Microsoft office products including but not limited to, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Work history, of prioritizing and communicating work streams in a fast paced logistical environment
• Bilingual is a plus
