What You'll Do as a Mixing Machine Operator :

• You'll have a crucial role in skillfully blending raw materials to maintain consistent, top-notch products.
• Operate mixing equipment by following specific formulas.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and follow procedures to guarantee quality.
• Monitor processes, making adjustments as needed.
• Record production data for clear tracking.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Uphold safety regulations while handling materials.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might :

• Have prior manufacturing experience
• Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Have the ability to follow instructions and work independently / collaboratively
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have basic math skills for measurements / ratios
• Need to physical lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
