• 2nd & 3rd Shifts
• Full-Time (40 hours) Overtime
• $15.50 - $16.00 / hour

What You'll Do as a Textile Machine Operator :

• You'll play a vital role in transforming raw fibers into the beautiful yarns that bring countless creations to life.
• Assist in processing raw fibers into card slivers and operating carding machines.
• Operate machines for twisting and shaping fibers into yarn.
• Transfer materials between machines and departments efficiently.
• Maintain the optimal performance of carding and twisting machines by adjusting and monitoring them.
• Utilize keen visual inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out general labor or material handling responsibilities, as needed.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might :

• Be experienced or have none; you'll be trained either way!
• Have a mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
• Be self-motivated to meet goals
• Be team-oriented and communicate well with others
• Need to pass an administered breathing test
