What you'll do as: Financial Services Analyst/Manager
  • Plan, develop, monitor and analyze the Project Management Office (PMO) Annual Operating Budgets and Capitals Improvement Program (CIP).
  • Financial analysis
  • Contract administration
  • Ensure the procurement processes for PMO is flowing, including bid packages, design services, evaluation process, etc.
  • Performance metrics analysis
Work ExperienceThe preferred candidate might:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5 years of accounting or financial management experience
  • Experience in contract administration
  • Knowledge of municipal budgeting
  • Utility cost of service and rate modeling experience
