What you'll do as a Cell Lead:

- Execute to the production schedule

- Ensure jobs are completed and meet quality standards and are on time

- Provide employees on–the–job training and mentoring

- Implement process improvements

- Manage the manufacturing ERP systems for production

The preferred candidate should have:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 3 years of supervisory experience

- 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements

- Familiar with ISO and FDA requirements
