- Schedule is Monday through Friday from either 8-2 or 10:30 - 4:30

- Contract to Hire

- Working with a diverse team of subcontractors

- Experience in a trade company

- Bilingual environment

What you'll do as: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

- Entering vendor bills

- Managing subcontractor labor invoices

- Working with Quickbooks (Transitioning to Service Titan)

- Communicating in English and preferably Spanish

The preferred candidate should:

- Experience with HVAC or trade company

- Knowledge of Excel

- Attention to detail

- Experience with Quickbooks

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
