Position: Armed Security Officer

Overview:
We are seeking experienced armed security officer to join our team in protecting a private residence in Encino, CA. The ideal candidate will be a firearm permit holder with a BSIS license and a guard card holder for more than 3 years. Military experience, off-duty police officers, or retired police officers are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure environment within the private residence.
- Patrol the property and monitor surveillance equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms or disturbances.
- Control access to the residence and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
- Conduct regular security checks of the premises.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement if necessary.
Requirements:
- Valid firearm permit.
- BSIS license and guard card holder for more than 3 years.
- Military experience, off-duty police officers, or retired police officers preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (30 hours per week).
- Comfortable working graveyard shifts.
- Ability to work in a residential setting and maintain professionalism at all times.
