**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion making all typeds of drinks, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following company recipes
- Provide excellent customer service, take orders, and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drink bar and dining area
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Operate cash register, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately
- Uphold high standards of quality control for all beverages served
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in drink preparation, is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing payments accurately
- Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and upsell products to customers
